Delivery and Payment

PAYMENT TERMS

We require a pre-payment for your order, and your personal manager will send you an invoice after your order is processed.

You can make your payment at any bank in Ukraine.

The bank's commission fee is not included in the product price and depends on the bank's tariff. Payment is considered to be made when the buyer's funds are received in the seller's bank account.

After payment, your manager will contact you again to confirm the shipping and delivery details.

DELIVERY

You can choose a convenient delivery method:

1. Pick-up from our warehouse:

• From our production facility at 68/22 Heroiv Kholodnoho Yaru St., Cherkasy. Pick-up is available on weekdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm without a break.
• From our warehouse at 8 Sichovykh Striltsiv St., Brovary. Pick-up is available on weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm without a break.

2. Delivery by our own service.

3. Delivery by courier services "Nova Poshta" or "Delivery".

DELIVERY COST

The delivery cost is calculated individually depending on the volume of the cargo.

PRODUCT RETURNS

You can return the product (or exchange it for another similar one) if the following return conditions are met:

• It is not included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange or return.
• It has not been used and has been preserved in the condition in which it was purchased.
• Less than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product.
• The product is standard, not made to the individual request of the buyer.
